CMC Modifications Workshop 43 CMC_09_25 & CMC_14_25 Decision Paper (SEM-25-072)

The SEM Committee is today, 17 December 2025, publishing its decision with respect to two proposed Modifications to the CMC discussed at Workshop 43. These are:

•    CMC_09_25: Registration and Qualification Auction Timetable Milestones
•    CMC_14_25: New Dates in the Capacity Auction Timetable

The SEM Committee is approving both proposals, effective for the T-1 2026/27 auction onwards.
