T-4 2029/30 Capacity Auction Final Qualification Decisions Guidance Note (SEM-26-005)

This guidance note is issued to assist the System Operators (SOs) and Applicants in the 2029/2030 T-4 auction in understanding the process governing the Regulatory Authorities (RA) decision making on Final Qualification Decisions (FQDs) taken by the SOs.

The note sets out the RAs policy approach to considering FQDs submitted by the SOs where the Applicant has requested that the RAs depart from the submitted FQD.
