Update - 29th April 2020  

Appendix A has has been updated to correct the new definition heading of “Date of Start of Commercial Production” to ensure consistency with the decision paper.  Previously this read “Date of Start of Commercial Operation” and was inconsistent with the decision paper although represents no change to the definition meaning.  The Capacity Market Code will be updated accordingly.
