The auction for capacity revenues in the Single Electricity Market in Capacity Year 2023/24 is scheduled to take place in March 2020. Prior to a capacity auction, the Capacity Market Code requires the Regulatory Authorities to determine a number of parameters for inclusion in the Initial Auction Information Pack. A consultation on the proposed parameters was concluded on Friday 28 June 2019.
The SEM Committee have now published a Decision Paper setting out the parameters to apply in the auction.
