The RAs are today publishing the SOs’ impact assessment in relation to CMC_11_21 and CMC_09_22, which concern secondary trading arrangements. Alongside this impact assessment, the RAs are publishing their review of the issues raised by the SOs in the impact assessment and the SEM Committee decision on the implementation of two paragraphs (M.12.3.1 and M.12.3.2) from the legal drafting for CMC_11_21.
