Notification of Decision on the Eligibility of Synchronous Condenser Units for Intermediary Arrangements

In May 2026, The SEM Committee published a consultation on the eligibility of Synchronous Condenser Units (SCUs) for Intermediary Arrangements (SEM-26-25).

Having considered the responses received the SEMC has today, 9th of July 2026, published its decision on the eligibility of SCUs for Intermediary Arrangements.
