In SEM-24-078, the SEM Committee published its intention to establish a Panel of Technical Experts (PTE) to review the TSO volume recommendations to be procured in the CRM auctions, including locational capacity constraints and other adjustments, and to provide advice to the SEM Committee prior to its decision-making.
The SEM Committee now invites expressions of interest from potential members of the PTE. The purpose and the scope of the PTE, along with other Terms of Reference is published in SEM-24-078. All interested parties are requested to review and familiarise themselves with the contents of SEM-24-078.
The last date to send expressions detailing the requirements as per this publication is 02 February 2026.
