On the 16th May the Regulatory Authorities published their decision on the quantity of directed baseload, mid-merit and peak contracts that ESB Power Generation and NIE's Power Procurement Business will be required to offer for subscription by eligible suppliers for the period 1st November 2007 to 30th September2008; and how the quarterly strike prices in those contracts will be determined.
