The SEM Committee is today publishing its decision with respect to one proposed Modification to the CMC discussed at Workshop 43A. This is:
• CMC_08_25: Ensuring robust, transparent and objective qualification criteria in the Capacity Market
The SEM Committee is approving CMC_08_25 with the implementation date of this modification effective from the 1st of July 2027.
