Today, 21 October 2026, the SEM Committee is publishing an updated document outlining the approach to governance and revenue recovery arrangements for All Island Programmes.
This update follows a review of the arrangements undertaken 18 months after the initial publication.
This approach will strengthen regulatory oversight of programme delivery and facilitate co-ordinated regulatory consideration of programme costs, helping to ensure timely and effective implementation.
