On May 31st 2007 the Regulatory Authorities published Version 2.0 of the Trading and Settlement Code. This document sets out the proposed rules and procedures concerning the sale and purchase of wholesale electricity in Ireland and Northern Ireland commencing from the implementation of the SEM scheduled for November 1st 2007.
