On 07 January 2026, the RAs published a Consultation Paper SEM-26-001 relating to the proposed modifications:
- CMC_19_25 Information on Remedial Actions – Extensions and Terminations
- CMC_20_25 Modification to Support Online Secondary Trading
- CMC_21_25 Consumer-developer NPV sharing mechanism for delayed capacity projects
The consultation period for the proposals starts on 07 January 2026 and ends on 06 February 2026.
The paper contains a summary of the comments received during the workshop and details of the proposed modifications.
