The Regulatory Authorities are today, 6th September 2017, publishing the Consultation paper SEM-17-068 ‘TSO Obligations under Forward Capacity Allocation’.
This Consultation Paper (and accompanying Annex) details the Regulatory Authorities’ minded to position in relation to the assignment of roles and responsibilities under the Forward Capacity Allocation (FCA) Network Code, to relevant TSOs.
