The Regulatory Authorities have today, 19th July 2017, published a consultation on the Trading and Settlement Code Policy Parameters to apply for 2018. In accordance with paragraph 4.12 and 4.95 of the Code, the Regulatory Authorities are required to determine the following parameters : the Value of Lost Load (VOLL);the Market Price Cap (PCAP); and the Market Price Floor (PFLOOR). The purpose of this paper is to seek industry views on the appropriate values for these parameters.
