The Regulatory Authorities are today, 28th September 2017, publishing the SEMO Price Control Draft Determination Consultation Paper SEM-17-075. This paper consults upon the revenue requirements of the market operator from the commencement of I-SEM in May 2018 until October 2021 arising from its roles and responsibilities under the Trading & Settlement Code and for Imbalance and Capacity settlement. Separate consultation has taken place for SEMOpx and the market operation of the Day Ahead and Intra-day markets (SEM-17-053).
