On 5th February 2008, the Regulatory Authorities published a Draft Implementation Report which is designed to serve as a guide for the implementation of the policies of the Regulatory Authorities with respect to Directed Contracts in 2008. It follows the format used in the equivalent Implementation Report last year (AIP-SEM-07-92) and describes the rules for quantification, allocation, and pricing of Directed Contracts, and the timing of the process. The Draft Report incorporates a few relatively minor modifications to the Directed Contract process which the Regulatory Authorities believe we warranted giving the experience gained in 2007.
