On the 24th May 2007, the Regulatory Authorities published a second consultation document regarding the proposed enduring Power Procurement Business Licence Conditions which will facilitate the implementation of the Single Electricity Market and EU Directive 2003/54/EC. Comments on this paper are requested by close of business on 11th June 2007.
