On 19 October 2022, SEM Committee published the Best New Entrant Net Cost of New Entry (BNE-Net CONE) Consultation Paper (SEM-22-076), along with the assessment of the BNE Net CONE from CEPA/Ramboll for the capacity year 2026/27 (SEM-22-076a). Following feedback from industry, the SEM Committee provided an opportunity for market participants to submit any questions on the assumptions and/or methodology to calculate BNE in writing (SEM-22-087).
The responses prepared by CEPA/Ramboll to the questions submitted by market participants is published today (SEM-22-089a).
