Intermediary Transitions to I-SEM Decision Paper
The SEM Committee has today, 13 April 2017, published a decision on Intermediary Transition to I-SEM. This follows a consultation paper which was published on 20 January 2017.
The decision taken sets of the approach for transition of existing intermediary arrangements to the new market and establishes eligibility criteria for Regulatory Consent for any new I-SEM applications.
