Information Note on the Transitional Licence Conditions
Please note that in giving effect to these updated transitional conditions they will (through the application of the modification notice), in the case of all but SONI's licences, be incorporated into each existing licence as "Chapter 1". At the same time a new "Chapter 2" will be created (containing the existing licence conditions) and, also at the same time, a new "Chapter 3" will be created containing the enduring conditions. The mechanics by which various changes are made over the transitional period will then be effected as set out in Condition A."
