The Regulators have received the TSO's estimate of the revenue required for Imperfection Charges for the tariff year 2012 - 2013. This consultation paper presents the TSOs proposal and invites the comments of market participants and other stakeholders. These comments will be considered by the RAs before setting the final tariff. The document also describes the arrangements for end of year corrections and financing of any over/under recovery by the TSOs during the tariff year.
