The SEM Committee is today, 21st December 2017, publishing a Clarification Note in relation to the I-SEM PLEXOS Model Validation (2018-19). Following the Information Session on the Model, held on 4th December 2017, the Regulatory Authorities’ consultants, Baringa Partners, have prepared a Clarification Note in response to certain queries raised by attendees. Specifically, this Clarification Note provides clarification in relation to wind load factor profiles and to the uplift algorithm.
