Today, 23 March 2017, the SEM Committee publishes an information paper setting out its approach to the implementation of the DS3 System Services programme of work from 2017 until competitive arrangements are in place. The information paper sets out the SEM Committee's approach for the DS3 System Service programme of work for the full implementation of the High Level Design established in SEM-14-108 through three work-streams - regulated arrangements, competitive arrangement and TSO incentive mechanisms.
