The SEM Committee is today, 16th November 2017, publishing the Decision Paper SEM-17-081 ‘Directed Contracts Implementation Decision Paper’. This Decision Paper details the SEM Committee’s approach for the implementation of Directed Contracts (DCs) for the first four DC rounds under the revised SEM arrangements arising from I-SEM implementation. This Decision Paper is published in conjunction with a blank version of the Regulatory Authorities Market Concentration Model (SEM-17-082).
