On 19 September 2017, the SEM Committee published a consultation on Annual Operation Parameters for 2018. This consultation covered the following issues:
- Parameters for the determination of Required Credit Cover (SEMO);
- MSP Software Penalty Cost Parameters (SEMO);
- Parameters used in the calculation of Uninstructed Imbalances (TSOs); and
- Flattening Power Factor (TSOs).
No responses were received to the consultation.
The SEM Committee are today, 5th December 2017 publishing a decision paper on this issue. All of the proposals within the consultation have been adopted.
