In SEM-10-031, the Regulatory Authorities invited comments on the composition of the 2010-11 PSO related CFDs offered as Baseload, Mid Merit 1 and Mid Merit 2 as well as the frequency of these auction. This paper includes a summary of comments received, the RAs’ response and revised volumes of Baseload, Mid Merit 1 and Mid Merit 2 products for the 2010-11 PSO related CFDs.
