Three Modification Proposals for the Capacity Market have been submitted for consideration at workshop 46.
These Modification Proposals are:

CMC_20_25 Modification to Support Online Secondary Trading
CMC_21_25 Consumer-developer NPV sharing mechanism for delayed capacity projects
The Regulatory Authorities are today, 28 November 2025, publishing the timetable setting out how they plan to consult and make a decision relating to the proposals above.
