On 7 August 2020, the Regulatory Aurthorities (RAs) published the Capacity Market Code Modifications Timetable () relating to the proposed modifications:
- CMC_10_20 – Change to determinations made in F.4.1.1 (Version 2)
- CMC_11_20 – Providing greater flexibility for the current Interim Secondary Trading Notification (ISTN) process (Version 2)
As set out in this timetable, the RAs will now proceed with the consultation process. This consultation paper provides an overview of the proposal and the feedback received during Working Group 14 which took place on 23 July 2020.
The SEM Committee welcomes views and responses on the proposed modifications raised within this consultation paper and request responses to the consultation paper be sent to both Kevin Lenaghan (Kevin.Lenaghan@uregni.gov.uk) and Kevin Baron (Kevin.baron@uregni.gov.uk) by 17.00 on Monday, 14 September 2020.
