On 1 June 2022, the RAs published the Capacity Market Code Modifications Timetable () relating to the proposed modifications:
An additional proposal: CMC_05_22: Housekeeping Mod to Update Overlap between CMC_03_21 and CMC_04_21, was presented at WG25 and was submitted to correct an error following the unintended overlap between the approved CMC text for modifications CMC_03_21 and CMC_04_21. Given both CMC_03_21 and CMC_04_21 have both been fully consulted, agreed upon and approved, the RAs are not consulting on this housekeeping proposal. Instead, this proposal will be implemented with immediate effect. As set out in this timetable, the RAs will now proceed with the consultation process. This consultation paper provides an overview of the proposals and the feedback received during Working Group 25 which took place on 19 May 2022. The SEM Committee welcomes views and responses on the proposed modifications raised within this consultation paper and request responses to the consultation paper be sent to both Kevin Lenaghan (Kevin.Lenaghan@uregni.gov.uk) and Donna Maye (Donna.Maye@uregni.gov.uk) by no later than 17.00 on Tuesday, 2 August 2022. |
