Bilaterals on CRM Recommendations described in SEM-22-054 The SEM Committee published an independent report, , prepared by EY in which the performance of the Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM) during its first few years of operation was analysed and recommendations for improvement were proposed. The SEM Committee is now organizing a 40-minute MS Teams session with any interested market participant to receive feedback on the proposed plan of action set out in SEM-22-054 on 18 October 2022 and 19 October 2022. The SEM Committee has also decided to extend the deadline to send responses on SEM-22-054 by a week to close of business on 28 October 2022, following requests received from market participants. |
