On the 18th October, the Regulatory Authorities published a consultation paper on Revisions to the Criteria for Approval of Intermediary Applications Under the Trading and Settlement Code.
Following representation to the Regulatory Authorities regarding the potential impacts of the operation of the criteria for approval of Intermediary applications under the Trading and Settlement Code as set out in AIP-SEM-07-029, a consultation paper is now published setting out proposals for revisions to the above criteria.
