Draft Modification Notices
On the 27th June, the Regulatory Authorities published the Draft Modification Notice for the SONI licence to participate in the transmission of electricity and for Moyle Interconnector Limited. These are subject to the NI Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment's (DETI) approval and the meeting of a number of other criteria. The text however is expected to form the basis of the actual Modification Notice that will be issued to take effect from SEM Go-Active on 3rd July 2007.
