On 31st January 2007, the Regulatory Authorities published Version 1.2 of the Trading and Settlement Code (the "code") for Consultation. Participant responses were considered and have been incorporated, where appropriate, into Version 1.3 of the Code, published for consultation on 30th March 2007.
Today the RAs publish, for information, responses to individual comments received on Version 1.2 of the Code.
