The SEM Committee have published the approved legal drafting for CMC_07_24: Treatment of Capacity Contracts of Varying Duration in Constrained Auction Solution and the System Operators’ impact assessment on the Modification and updated proposed legal drafting.
The Modification will be implemented on the 4 March 2026, in line with the Final Auction Information Pack for the T-4 2029/30 Capacity Auction, subject to confirmation that the changes have been implemented correctly in the CMP.
