SEMO 2021/22 Revenue Requirement and K-Factor Information Paper

The Regulatory Authorities are today, 10 September 2021, publishing an Information Paper detailing the revenue allowance for SEMO for the 2021/22 tariff year.

SEMO’s revenue requirement for 2021/22 consists of three components:

• The 2021/22 revenue include within the recent SEMO Price Control Decision (SEM-21-073);
• The 2019/20 legacy SEM K-factor (true up mechanism) which include the decommissioning period; and
• The 2019/20 current SEM K-factor.

A statement of charges based on this requirement was published by SEMO on 6 September following approvals from the RAs.
