SEMO 2021-24 Price Control Consultation

The Regulatory Authorities are today, 3 June 2021, publishing the SEMO Price Control Consultation.  The paper consults upon the revenue requirements of SEMO from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2024.  This is the second price control period since Go-Live of the revised SEM arrangements in 2018. 

SEMO’s operating costs, capital expenditure, KPIs and financeability for the next three years are considered within the consultation.  Feedback from a focus group of market participant representatives is incorporated throughout the paper.  Responses are welcomed to all proposals, but particularly in relation to incentivising SEMO’s performance. 

The closing date for responses is by close of business on 21 July 2021.
