The Single Electricity Market Committee (SEMC) has published its decision on Capacity Market Code Modification CMC_18_25, which proposed the introduction of a new Modular Generator Unit type and associated de‑rating methodology. Following a public consultation (SEM-25-057) and consideration of stakeholder responses, the SEMC has decided not to proceed with the proposed modification.
