Procurement of Low Carbon Inertia Services Decision Paper
The SEM Committee is today 11 January 2023 publishing a Decision Paper on the procurement of Low Carbon Inertia Services. The Decision paper largely endorses the TSOs’ ‘Recommendation on procurement of Low Carbon Inertia Services’ paper (Annex 1) with some additional caveats.
