Other Systems Charges (OSC) Decision Paper for the Tariff Year 2021/2022 Following consultation by the TSO’s, and a review of the responses, the Regulatory Authorities have published a decision document approving the rates for the other system charges for the period 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2022.
