The SEM Committee today publishes a decision to ensure that Demand Side Units (DSUs) receive energy payments in the balancing market at all times, in line with the requirements of the Clean Energy Package.
Following Consultation (SEM-22-036) this decision applies a phased approach to an enduring solution.
