CRM Exception Application and Opt-out Notification Process for the T-4 2025/26 Capacity Auction The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 10 June 2021, publish the briefing note for the Exceptions Applications and Opt-out Notification Process for the upcoming T-4 2025/26 Capacity Auction. This is to inform Industry of the timelines involved in processing Exception applications (USPC and New Capacity) and Opt-Out Notifications for the upcoming T-4 CY2025/26 Capacity Auction, due to take place in March 2022. The RAs have published the following documentation in respect of the T-4 CY2025/26 Capacity Auction:
The deadline for submitting an Opt-out Notification to the RAs is 04 August 2021 and the deadline for submitting a USPC or New Capacity Application is 01 October 2021. |
