CMC Modifications Workshop 34 Timetable:
Two proposed Modifications to the Capacity Market Code have been submitted for consideration at Workshop 34. This timetable is related only to the following standard modification.
The proposal is:
CMC_24_23: Revision of the Exception Application Timelines
The RAs are today, 30 November 2023, publishing the timetable setting out how they plan to consult and make a decision relating to the proposal.
As set out in the timetable, the RAs intend to consult on the modification from Friday 15 December 2023 to Friday 26 January 2024.
