Capacity Market Code Terms of Reference for the Year 2 Market Audit Decision Paper The SEM Committee is today publishing the Decision Paper on the terms of reference for the Year 2 Capacity Market Code Market Audit. As set out in section B.11 the SEM Committee is required to appoint a Capacity Market Auditor who in turn is required to conduct an audit of the operation and implementation of the arrangements, procedures and processes under this Code at least once a Year, in accordance with the terms of reference determined by the Regulatory Authorities.
