On 9 February 2023, the RAs published the Capacity Market Code Modifications Consultation Paper (SEM-23-011) relating to CMC_01_23, CMC_02_23 and CMC_03_23.
This was followed on 2 June 2023 by the publishing of Capacity Market Code Modifications Supplementary Consultation Paper (SEM-23-040) which only related to CMC_03_23: Amendment of Long Stop Date for T-1 Capacity Auction
Today, 30 June 2023, the SEM Committee publishes the decision paper and approves implementation.
This paper contains a summary of the comments received during the two consultations, the individual responses provided to consultation SEM-23-040 and details of the final decision.
