Capacity Market Code Modifications – Working Group 7 Timetable
The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 11th September 2019, publish the Capacity Market Code Modifications Timetable in regards to the urgent Modification CMC_07_19 - Treatment of Multiyear Contracts in the Event of Simultaneous Capacity Auctions. This is required under sub-paragraph B.12.9.3 (a) of the Capacity Market Code. The RAs intend to proceed to the consultation process on 20th September 2019 for the proposed modification which was discussed at Capacity Market Code Modifications Working Group 7, held on 29th August 2019.
