Capacity Market Code Modifications – Consultation Timetable for CMC_16_23 A proposed modification to the Capacity Market Code has been submitted for consideration. The proposal is: CMC_16_23: Extension to New Capacity Impacted by Indexation This was presented at the Workshop which took place on 20 July 2023. The RAs have today, 3 August 2023, published the timetable setting out how they plan to consult and make a decision relating to the proposal. As set out in the timetable, the RAs intend to consult on the modification from 16 August 2023 to 06 October 2023. |
