Capacity Market Code Modification CMC_19_23 Timetable: A proposed Modification to the Capacity Market Code has been submitted by the RAs for consideration. The proposal is: CMC_19_23: Modification to Implement the SEMC Decision set out in SEM-23-038 and SEM-23-045 on Indexation of Capacity Payments. This Modification was presented at Workshop 33 on Thursday, 21st September 2023. The RAs are today, 29 September 2023, publishing the timetable setting out how they plan to consult and make a decision relating to the proposal. As set out in the timetable, the RAs intend to consult on the modification from Friday 06 October 2023 to Friday 17 November 2023, for a period of 6 weeks and intend to publish their decision by no earlier than Monday 11 December 2023. |
