A proposed modification to the Capacity Market Code has been submitted for consideration. The proposal is: CMC_16_22: Secondary Trading Awarded New Capacity This was presented at the Working Group which took place on Thursday 17 November 2022. The RAs have today, 1 December 2022, published the timetable setting out how they plan to consult and make a decision relating to the proposal. |
As set out in the timetable, the RAs intend to consult on the modification from 01 December 2022 – 03 January 2023.
