The Regulatory Authorities have received and deemed the following Modification Proposal to be Urgent:
The Modification Proposal seeks an amendment to the timelines associated with posting Performance Securities for projects which may have received an extension under CMC_15_22 or any other extensions granted under any other delay modification. This Modification Proposal was presented on at Capacity Modifications Workshop 32 on Thursday 20 July 2023. At this time, no legal drafting was presented. The updated Modification Proposal V2 (including legal drafting) will be published alongside the consultation paper. The RAs have today, 03 August 2023, published a timetable setting out how we plan to consult and make a decision with respect to the Proposal. |
