Call for Comments on EY Review of the Performance of the SEM Capacity Remuneration Mechanism

In 2021, the Commission for Regulation of Utilities was requested to undertake a review of the performance of the Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM) in the SEM. EY was commissioned to carry out the review and its findings were presented to the SEM Committee for consideration. In its report, EY analyses the design of the CRM during its first few years of operation and proposes recommendations for improvement.

The SEM Committee invites comments and feedback from the industry on the EY Report by the close of business on 21 October 2022.
